Activate your account
Accept an invitation
An administrator provisions your workspace and sends an invitation to your email address. The activation link expires after 24 hours and works once. Ask the administrator to reissue an expired link; the older link stops working.
Choose a unique password of 15 to 128 characters. Scan the authenticator QR code, enter its six-digit code, and save your recovery codes in your password manager. After successful MFA setup, a welcome email links to your workspace or tenant portal.
Activation through the emailed invitation verifies that address. Sign in with your verified email without remembering a workspace name. A username is also supported; an ambiguous username may require the workspace address.
Make sign-in easier
In Account & security, add a passkey using your device or security key. Keep an alternative sign-in method available before removing a passkey.
Recover a password
Choose Forgot your password and enter your verified address. The reset link expires in 15 minutes. Resetting a password signs out earlier sessions; it does not remove your authenticator, passkeys, or recovery codes.
Reset requests show the same result for unknown addresses. Check your junk folder. If you cannot access your verified mailbox or MFA, contact your administrator; email password reset does not bypass MFA.
Provision and invite
Platform administrators use the tenant portal to enter the organization name, workspace address, administrator name and email. The alternate username is under Advanced sign-in options. The recipient receives an activation link; the portal distinguishes email acceptance, sending failure, expiry and pending activation.
If sending fails, the workspace and pending account remain saved. Retry the invitation rather than creating the workspace again. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Tenant administrators can invite members and assign viewer, analyst or administrator roles in Account & security.
Recipient-led workspace creation is still in development: current invitations join a workspace provisioned by a platform administrator.
